4 week class

Goals: Isolation of major muscle groups that power the bike, comfort on the bike.

Synopsis: Few people learn how to pedal a bike, they borrow a skill set they learned from walking. The problem with that is your position is different, so the muscles used are also different. The basic pedal stroke class teaches the use and timing of the two largest muscle groups. Correct posture on the bike comes from using the glutes, so discomfort issues on the bike are also corrected.
